Issuing prospectus and annexes
An electronic version of the issuing prospectus was published pursuant to the Article 45 and Article 47 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions of Trading in Financial Instruments and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No 184, item 1539 dated 2005). Shares covered by this prospectus shall not be listed or traded outside of the Republic of Poland. The offer is not addressed to residents of the EU member states or third countries, where the public offering of shares is not carried out.
