Grzegorz Spuz -Szpos

Mr Grzegorz Spuz-Szpos holds a masters degree in engineering and is a graduate of the Lublin University of Technology. Having passed all required exams in 2000, he was certified with the British ACCA diploma (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and has been a member of this association of experts in finances ever since. In 2006, Mr Spuz-Szpos obtained the chartered auditor diploma. In the years 1995-1998, he was an academic worker of the Lublin University of Technology. In 1998, he worked at Citibank Poland S.A. in the sale department ELC - small and medium Polish companies. In the years 1998-2012, Mr Spuz-Szpos worked at Ernst&Young Sp. z o.o., including holding the positions of manager and senior manager in the years 2004-2012. Since 2012, Grzegorz Spuz-Szpos has run a business activity in the field of business and financial consultancy, addressed mostly to companies listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange.


Tommaso Cibrario

Mr Tommaso Cibrario holds the economic degree awarded by the Università Commerciale “L. Bocconi" in Milan, Italy. From September 1995 until May 1999, he held the position of senior auditor at Arthur Andersen. From May 1999 until November 2000, he was the inspector at Dole Italia S.p.a., an Italian branch of the US-based Dole Food Company Ltd., where he was in charge of implementation and development of instruments for financial analyses. From November 2000 until February 2005, Mr Cibrario was the Accountancy Manager at Comafrica S.p.a. in charge of taxes, budget, financial reporting, cost analyses, remuneration, human resources and loans. From February 2005 until September 2012, Mr Cibrario held the position of the Financial Director at Dole Italia S.p.a. in charge of financial supervision of the subsidiaries of Dole Group in Italy and also the subsidiaries in Greece. Since December 2012 until the present day, Mr Cibrario has been Member of the Management Board and Financial Director of the capital group in Nuova Castelli S.p.A. In this office, he supervises the compiling of financial and operational reports, financial statements as well as the management of Accountancy, IT, Taxes and Financial Departments. Mr Cibrario is an active participant of the key decision-making processes for the capital group in a capacity of Member of the Management Board.

 

Michał Kurzyński

Michał Kurzyński ukończył Uniwersytet Warszawski Wydział Prawa i Administracji oraz jest radcą prawnym. W trakcie swojej kariery zawodowej, począwszy od 1994 r. w Dickinson, Wright, Moon, van Dusen and Freeman później w Baker McKenzie, Wierzbowski Eversheds oraz Chadbourne & Parke, przeszedł wszystkie szczeble kariery od praktykanta do partnera międzynarodowego, zanim utworzył wraz ze wspólnikami kancelarię KKLW. Główny zakres jego zainteresowań i praktyki zawodowej stanowią projekty z zakresu M&A oraz spraw korporacyjnych, a od kilku lat także projekty PPP. Zdobyte doświadczenie z powodzeniem wykorzystuje pracując dla polskich oraz zagranicznych przedsiębiorców. W zakresie M&A oraz spraw korporacyjnych jego doświadczenie obejmuje projekty z zakresu nabycia i sprzedaży spółek/przedsiębiorstw (share/asset deals), zarządzanie zespołami prawników przeprowadzającymi badania prawne spółek i przedsiębiorstw (due dilligence), restrukturyzacja podmiotów gospodarczych i grup kapitałowych, optymalizacja struktur kapitałowych i holdingowych, łączenie, podział i przekształcenia spółek.


Michał Bartkowiak

Michał Bartkowiak has 18 years of experience in the management of companies finances. Since 2015, he has been Member of the Management Board and Financial Director in INEA. His previous professional experiences encompasses holding the positions of Member of the Management Board and Financial Director at Arctic Paper Group and Financial Director in Eurocash Group, Member of the Supervisory Boards of Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A., Wielkopolska Sieć Szerokopasmowa S.A., Gardens-Software Sp. z o.o. Michał Bartkowiak has been involved for many years with FMCG, pharmaceutical, Pulp&Paper and IT industries. He has graduated from Poznań University of Economy and Business. 

 

Karol Maciej Szymański

A long-term associate, Of Counsel, of a renowned Warsaw-based law office RKKW - KWAŚNICKI, WRÓBEL & Partners - Radcowie Prawni limited liability partnership company. Vice-President of the Management Board of a consulting company RKKW - Business Advisory Sp. z o.o. with a registered office in Warsaw. Graduate of the University of Warsaw Faculty of Law and Administration. Mr Szymański holds the Alternative Trading System Adviser Certificate (No 9/2014) issued by Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. He is a consultant for transactions on a public market, hostile and friendly takeovers and also for the information policy of companies which shares have been admitted to a turnover or listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. He consults legal issues concerning current functioning of capital companies, internal structure of holding companies and also multi-threat corporate disputes. Author and also co-author of publications dedicated to practical aspects of the economic law, and in particular the capital market law. Speaker at numerous conferences and seminars dedicated to the economic law. Mr Szymański has obtained the experience in corporate supervision by holding the positions of member of the supervisory boards of companies operating in various sectors of economy, including public. Currently, he is Member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Auditing Committee of Emperia Holding S.A. with the headquarters in Warsaw and also Member of the Supervisory Board (delegated to permanent individual performance of supervisory activities) and the Auditing Committee at Kredyt Inkaso S.A. headquartered in Warsaw.
