SIAL Fairs are one of the biggest and most important events of the food industry in the world.

On 21 - 25 October 2018, the producers of food, distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers and also the representatives of institutional gastronomy and catering meet at SIAL Paris 2018 fairs.  

On nearly 25ha, SIAL Paris presents the offer of 7,020 exhibitors from 109 countries. Forecasts say that the fairs will be attended by over 155,700 visitors.
